TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The delegate agrees to pay the booking fee requested at least 14 days before the course or event.
• The booking fee is non-returnable unless in the event of tragedy or serious illness, this must be covered by relevant doctors' letter.
• All course and event fees must be paid in full with cleared funds at least 7 days before a course begins so as delegate can attend. Cheques on the day are not acceptable.
• The delegate will provide their own insurance for the time they are at the course or event. Write Here in the Forest or any of its representatives will not be held responsible for accident or injury or loss personal or otherwise that incurred during the course or event.
• All parties will be asked to provide emergency contact details whilst at the course or event. Where relevant Write Here in the Forest will only be responsible for payment of food and non- alcoholic beverages listed within the course or event hours arranged.
• All course or event fees do not include accommodation unless prior arrangement has been made and confirmed in writing by both the client and Write Here in the Forest.
• Write here in the forest always strive to keep all courses and events booked. In the unlikely event that cancellation of the course is inevitable we guarantee to either offer to book the delegate on a further course of the same content, or return their deposit in full.
• Write Here in the Forest hold no responsibility or make no guarantees that the delegate will go on to be a published writer.
• If the delegate does not arrive for the course with no prior notice Write Here in the Forest reserves the right to claim compensation of the full amount of the course fee.
• In exceptional circumstances it its possible for the client to move dates to another course or event, this is totally at the discretion of Write Here in the Forest and must be confirmed in writing.
• Any alterations to this document are invalid unless signed by a representative of Write Here in the Forest.
